Iced Lavender Green Tea

Iced Lavender is a low in calorie drink, fresh lavender blossoms gives subtle flavour to sugar free tea. Lavender is one of the best natural remedy for hair loss. You can get blossoms of lavender from natural food store and simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp of dried lavender blossoms

  • 4 Tea Bags

  • 1 Sprig Lavender (It is Optional)  

Procedure:
Take ½ cup of water and heat it up in saucepan until the time it gets simmer. Remove pan from heat and add lavender and tea to the heated water. Steep it for about 5 minutes, strain in a bowl and let it be cool down for some time. Now pour prepared tea in glass filled with ice and season this with lavender sprigs to make this appealing.

 

Green Tea Kiwi and Mango Smoothie
It is one of the delicious smoothie recipe with kiwi prepared by mashing favourite fruits like mangoes and kiwi. Now you are ready to enjoy an awesome and tasty drink.
    Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp of dried lavender blossoms

  • 4 Tea Bags

  • 1 Sprig Lavender (It is Optional)  

Procedure:

Place a blender mango, 2 tbsp of honey, lime rind, water,  ½ cup yogurt and then process mixture until smooth and stir it properly occasionally. Now drop this mixture in four different glasses and place in freezer. Now rinse blender container and place baby spinach, kiwifruit, 2 tbsp honey, ¼ cup yogurt and remaining ingredients into blender, and now repeat this procedure again and again. Now gently spoon green tea mixture into mango mixture and garnish drink with kiwi fruit slices. Now stir this combination to combine into two different flavors. Now serve the drinks immediately.

Green- Tea Cranberry Spritzer

Best option to reduce weight is to eat a lots of fruits and vegetables and what’s the better way to do so than a combination of green tea and refreshing Cranberries. You must try refreshing cranberry spritzer if you are planning for some party.
    Ingredients:
  • 4 Green Tea Bags

  • ½ cup Cranberry juice

  • 3 cups Seltzer (Chilled)

  • 1/3 cup Sugar

  • 1/3 cup Water

Procedure:

Take some water and heat it up in saucepan and add some sugar in this boiled water. Now stir this until sugar get dissolved properly. After it get cooled down steep the tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove the bags and cool it down completely. Add some cranberry juice and divide tea in different four ice filled glasses. Now top it using chilled seltzer and tea is ready to serve.
