Yoga is actually a breathing technique in which body is cured just by taking deep breathing which purifies the whole body and nourishes the cells. This technique regenerate the cells and all diseases kill with this technique.
Another form of the yoga is called “Raj yoga”. It means more features of yoga is added into this category. The famous pranayam in yoga is Anulom – vilom pranayam , kapalbhati , ujjayi , bharaamri , Nadi shodhan pranayam etc.
If yoga is done properly daily spending atleast 15 minutes in breathing exercise , you don’t need to go to gym and any extra workout.
