Best Homemade Tips to Skin Potatoes Quickly

We all know that Potato is king of all vegetables, its benefits are related to beauty regime and for skin care. Apart to consume potatoes, it will give great advantages in different ways. So potato is being used in all vegetable dishes, people not need to get engaged much of their time in searching for particular ingredient. Just pick one potato and you can use it for skin and beauty care in different ways. Potato is a kind of vegetable which includes a very good amount of starch which can be easily consumed but excess consumption of potatoes is not good for our health.

Potato is that vegetable which is most widely being used in our Indian Kitchen. Many of us people know that potato is used to clear up dark circle under eyes. But we don’t know that how potato is good for beauty and skin care. Potatoes help to lighten dark skin complexion. Potatoes help to cure skin problems.

Potato contain Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Potassium. Starch in potatoes helps to heal damaged skin cells. Vitamin C also works as an antioxidant and helps to clear the skin.

Homemade beauty tips using potato

 

1.Take a fresh potato and peel skin of potato properly. To get potato juice from paste of potatoes using help of sieve. Now take a 1 tbsp of potato juice, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of the multani mitti. Now apply this mixture over to your face. Wait for 10-15 minutes and wash your face using cool water properly. This face pack will lighten scars on face and will leave flawless skin.

2. Second way, is to take some potatoes and mess potatoes in fine paste with help of blender. Mix 1 tbsp of meshed potato and lemon juice. Apply this meshed paste on your face. It will work as natural facial bleach and will lighten dark complexion of skin. Now rinse it off after 10-15 minutes.

3. For blemishes apply meshed potatoes on blemishes. Rinse ir after 10 minutes and continue this process for a month to get rid of blemishes.

4. Potato helps to cure sunburns. Take slice of potato and rub on sunburn area for 5 minutes. Then wash your skin and face using cool water.

5. Take a 1 tbsp of fine smooth paste of potato and add 1 tbsp of yogurt into these meshed potato. Now mix these ingredients very well. Keep this mixture aside for 30 minutes and apply this mixture after 30 minutes on your face. It will work as an anti aging mask for face. Vitamin B6 in potato contain anti aging properties and will prevent anti aging skin.
